Is the barrel suppressor ready?

The barrel is suppressor ready, but the inner diameter of the handguard is 1.3" so if you are trying to squeeze the suppressor under the handguard you will want to make sure it is thinner than that diameter.

Will this upper work with a regular mil spec lower? I want to use the EndoMag with my PCC.

I have the 10.5 inch upper on a standard ar 15 lower using the endo mag. It runs okay but I've had issues. Not sure if its mag or buffer related. Issues are mostly failure to feed or eject correctly. Some tuning should fix these quirks. I think the upper is good to go! Side charging handle on mine folds and feels flimsy, although no issues yet!

Will it lock open with the Palmetto State Armory Glock lower? Confirming this is a side charging handle?

Yes, it is a side charger and it may hold open on the last round, but that completely depends on your lower. Palmetto State mostly offers lowers that are "Non Last Round Bolt Hold Open (LRBHO)".

The 16" version has the folding charging handle, the shorter models have the fixed charging handle.
