Unfortunately, FosTech Outdoors does not provide the internal diameter of their MACH-1 16 inch AR-15 Tactical Rail, so I cannot confirm fitment. I would recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

Yes. The FosTech Outdoors MACH-1 16 inch AR-15 Tactical Rail will fit as long as you have a low profile gas block. The rail will include all mounting hardware required.

Will this fit a Colt M4 carbine 16” barrel?

Yes, it will though if the rifle has the delta ring assembly and triangle front sight post/gas block, they will need to be removed.

Yes it will. I just installed this on my M&P 15. You'll have to remove the front sight and buy a low profile gas block.
