Will these work with Gen 5 G43X? I read on a review that these sights are slightly lower than impact point due to the Gen 5 stock sights being higher.

The Glock G42 & G43 6.1MM Steel Green Dot Night Sights will fit a Glock 43X. I would recommend the Trijicon Bright And Tough 3-Dot Night Sights, which have a front blade height of 0.185", and rear blade height of 0.166", and can be found by using the link below:
