the pictures show a side focus. the description says the parallax is fixed. which is correct? does this scope come with a side wheel?

The dial on the right side of the scope is for the illumination only, no side focus. It is a 100yd fixed parallax.

Does the dot only light up on this scope and is this a good low light scope

Only the center dot of the reticle is illuminated. The Wide Angle optical system and 11-layer fully-multi-coated lenses combine to provide excellent image quality with extraordinary field of view and maximum light transmission in any lighting conditions.

If the battery is dead or missing can you still see a dot, if so is it black? What is the factory warranty?

I own Trigicon and Lepould and Vortex Vipers costing 3 to 4 times the price of these scopes I put the this scope on a Browning White Gold 7MM Mag and it’s clear as any Scope I own is very good in low light I just ordered another one you will not be disappointed
