Are there 1 or 2 panels per order? I had assumed they come in pairs???

The Hogue Govt. Model 1911 Handgun Grip Pewter Rubber Grip Panels will come as a set/pair. They are designed to work with factory hardware.

Is the color a gray finish? Pewter is known to have a gray/silver color.

The Hogue Govt. Model 1911 Handgun Grips are Pewter, which is essentially a darker shade of Gray.

Do these grips have the releaf cut for an ambi safety?

They do, but with a very thin lip. They fit on my turkish 1911
