It will fit as long as your 6.5 Grendel uses a carbine buffer tube.

No, the Luth-AR MBA-4 Stock Assembly is not compatible with rifle length A2 style buffer tubes such as the Aero M5 .308 Rifle Buffer Kit.

What MBA 4 Stock works best that I should purchase for my New VR80 12 gauge shotgun?

MPN: MBA-4 would fit without changing the buffer tube as it is compatible with both mil-spec and commercial buffer tubes and the VR80 uses a commercial buffer tube.

what weight buffer comes with package

The 223 kit models come with a 3.2 oz buffer and the 308 kit models come with a 3.808 oz buffer.
