Is the butt stock mil spec. Is the shock absorber like a mil spec buffer tube? Are they able to be swapped out with other mil spec parts?

Can i change the folder side? Originally it folds to the left, I want folds it to the right

No. You cannot change the fold side from left to right. Also, if it were folded to the right it would block the ejection port. That would be no bueno.
