As long as Winchester builds their XPR action as a short action, it will fit, and you'll be able to use AICS short action magazines. For 6.8 western, you will want an AICS 300WSM/6.5PRC magazine.

Yes, your rifle will be converted to SA ACIS pattern magazines.

As long as your rifle is chambered on a short-action receiver, it will fit. Your rifle would be converted to SA AICS pattern magazines.
