Will this fit remington 870?

The Phoenix Technology STR12B Tri-Rail Shotgun Forend is for Saiga Shotguns. It will not work with a Remington 870.

will it fit the kalashnikov ks-12 shotgun

The Phoenix Technology STR12B Tri-Rail Shotgun Forend might work with the KS-12. A lot of aftermarket parts are interchangeable between the two shotguns. However, I recommend contacting Phoenix Technology to confirm compatibility.
