Yes, the standard M&P 2.0 holster will also accommodate the compact and assuming you are right handed, you can use MPN: 7004-219-411.

It will not work with the threaded barrel. But if you were to remove the threaded barrel and you are right handed you could use MPN: 7004-593-411.

Can this be used for the P30L? I'm not concerned with the front of the slide protruding out the bottom if that will be the only issue.

Yes, this will fit the P30L, there will just be a bit of barrel protruding from the bottom of the holster.
