No. That's not even the energy. 1165 fps velocity and 542 ft lb energy at muzzle. From their website. The fmj rounds are the same. The closest I've found to saami spec fmj under 30 percent box. The only thing better is Underwood's at 40 a box or you are hand loading it yourself
