The SinterFire Special Duty Self-Defense 380 Auto 75 Grain Brass Cased Pistol Ammunition is not necessarily "harder" on barrels. Hollow points do sometimes have more issues feeding, but do not cause excessive damage to barrels. Higher pressure ammunition, on the other hand, will cause increased wear to the barrel with a high volume of use.
