Is this compatible with the Primary Arms SLX 3x microprisim

The Trijicon MRO Low Mount is not compatible with the SLX 3X Micro-Prism. Your Micro-Prism uses the Mini-ACOG footprint and will be compatible with all Mini-ACOG pattern mounts, like the Midwest Industries Trijicon ACOG-Mini QD Mount (linked below).

Is this ideal for a Cz scorpion to full co witness?

The Trijicon MRO Low Mount w/ Trijicon Q-LOC will place the MRO reticle at a 1.043" height. So it could absolute co-witness with sights on a CZ Scorpion depending on what height sights you are using.

Would this work on the Vortex Crossfire red dot?

No, this is for Trijicon MRO red dots. The Crossfire red dot uses the same mount pattern as the Aimpoint H1/T1 red dots.
