The 10x12 plates will fit in standard plate carriers.

I would have to say no. Unless you have the swimmers cut JPC 2.0? I got the JPC 2.0 and realized it basically needs military SAPI plates the next size up. I think 11x14? It was a Large carrier. I have since ordered the swimmers cut carrier and expect it any day.
