Are there separate volume controls for the enhanced sound and the Bluetooth input volume?

The Walkers Razor Slim Shooter Folding Electronic Ear Muffs are not Bluetooth compatible.

It looks like the item has a 22dB reduction of all noise. Does the unit totally block over a determined dB and if it does at what dB does this block??
