Kenzo's Review of Burris Fullfield 6-24x50mm 30mm Tube PA AE Ballistic E3 Riflescope

As a long-time optics user, firearms instructor and former FFL, I approach equipment—whether digital or optical—with a performance-driven, systems-based mindset. The Burris Fullfield 6–24x50 scope surprised me with its quality, simplicity, and effectiveness.

 Ease of Setup
Mounting and zeroing were straightforward. The 30mm tube fit my standard rings without issue, and zeroing at 100 yards required minimal adjustment. The turrets track cleanly and provide solid, tactile feedback, and the Ballistic E3 reticle was simple to use with no learning curve. Burris's Ballistics app added even more precision, especially when paired with the reticle at 16X.

 Shootability
This scope is very user-friendly. The eye relief is generous, and I didn’t experience any scope shadowing or discomfort across the magnification range. The magnification ring is smooth and precise, with just the right amount of resistance. While it doesn’t offer advanced features like picture-in-picture or built-in rangefinding, the reticle design combined with the app provides all the real-world functionality you need for most hunting or field applications.

 Field-Worthiness
This is a tough, reliable scope. After some range sessions and vehicle transport in less-than-gentle conditions, the Fullfield 6–24x50 held zero without issue. The finish is durable, the internals feel robust, and nothing about it feels flimsy or compromised. This scope is well-suited for both hunters and tactical users who need solid optics in a changing field environment.

 Price-to-Performance Value
For the price, you're getting a tremendous amount of optic. While it doesn’t feature a first focal plane (FFP) reticle, the performance at this level makes that feel like a minor omission. Burris has struck a great balance between cost, clarity, and reliability. I’d confidently recommend this scope to anyone looking for affordable precision in a rugged package.

 Credibility
As someone who loves to shoot, hunt and loves firearms in general, I value tools that work the first time and every time. I’ve used a range of optics across various platforms, and the Burris Fullfield 6–24x50 stands out for its dependability and clarity, especially at this price point
