This is a cheap way to replace lost covers. It will not scratch and alleviated the thought process to buying the correct size replacement caps. Only had them for a few weeks so I cannot comment on longevity, we will see how long it takes for the rubber to snap.
Pros: No-nonsense, inexpensive alternative
Cons: none
