Good quality punch dagger without bank breaking cost - Cold Steel Safe Maker I AUS 8A Stainless Knife

Over the past few weeks I have incorporated this punch dagger into mainly my EDC duty belt, but have also experimented with it in various locations on my various other pieces of kit (PC’s, Chest Rigs, etc.). So far, I’m honestly a huge fan... the handle feels good when manipulating or craving the blade, the blade itself is quite sharp and seems to be holding an edge quite well (though due to the nature of the knife and it’s intended purpose, I haven’t used it much other than as a utility knife when I can’t reach or forget my everyday basic folding knife. From what I can tell, this knife does exactly what it’s made for and it does it well... it’s ergonomically pleasing, has a well constructed sheath (and built in retention mechanism), and it holds its edge well. And finally but also most importantly, I can confidently say that even after such a short time training with and handling the knife, that if push comes to shove one day and I’m forced to defend my life with this piece of steel, I know that it’s gonna be more than capable of rising to the occasion when called upon.
