I have bought quite a few different types of eye protection in the past. These are by far the best looking and feeling eye protection. The ESS crossbow style looks great and has a very comfortable feel when wearing. I didn't believe the ballistic rating; so as soon as they arrived I shot them point blank with a 0.22 LR and it stopped the round. Put a huge dent in the lens though. I do really like the sand color over solid black and have recommended these, as well as bought this pair for my brother.
Pros:
  • Everything, feel, appearance
Cons:
  • Not polarized but doesn't change my opinion that they are great overall.
Best Used for:
  • A grenade exploding in the face, your eyes will be just fine.
