Only negative. A little jiggle. Less noise & jiggle with a SI stock stop. Plus it’s featureless legal. Practically makes me a federale with diplomatic immunity once you add the (dark) fin. I hole punched my stock stop for best fit. Yes, it’s most likely scoffed at by “secret obscure code named operator types”. My call sign would be “hot dog water” if that ever comes up again. I wanted dibs. Im not cool and a newb to building. Cargo pocketless-Tae Kwon Do white belt. A Californian.

I like the padding. No bulk & comes included/ installed for the price. Rubber like a driving shoe. It’s just sticky enough to help keep it in the crease of my shoulder. Not sure how it does in or out of salt water. Haven’t researched what beaches take AR’s dogs, a cat and allow camping. The cat’s a loaner.
As small as it is, it doesn’t feel like anything is missing.
It feels rugged- solid like it belongs on an AR. Cover your eyes; with some imagination, this can get graphic.
If I had to butt-stroke a photo copied jihadist with Douglas fir 2x4’s & 3/8” ply board backing, I need to know my stock can do the work. Haven’t tried it. I probably shouldn’t with my back pain and how my hair parts. My $16 buffer tube will most likely feel the brunt of that force. That’s another review.

I use a fixed para-clip loop with sewn climbing cord. I trust it to stay in the steel insert and the steel insert to stay imbedded in the polymer. My ESD 2P sling is secure on one end at least.

It’s so CQB. Like every dark acronym withs OPS, Velcro, Camo flames and Wesley Snipes involved. Almost a Jedeye or a Digital Ninja. A Dinja!
With a Kaw Valley thread protector on a 16” barrel and the stock all the way in, I’m at 30-30.5ish. I utilize the stock stop hole’s 2 and 5 when flipped. Does the tight quarter (2) and prone positions (5) well.

It’d be cool if it came with a free Kraig McGraw lesson or ticket’s to a non lethal Kumité. It’s cool. A very Comfortable (cheek weld-flare) Compact & Rugged Stock that does all those things superbly.
