I previously owned the same item and used it in 2003 in Iraq during the war. It was invaluable in navigating in the desert where there were no landmarks. I lent it to a friend in 2005 and it got blown up in an IED strike on his vehicle. So, I decided to replace it.

This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
