Check optic for potential issue - Holosun HE507K-GR X2 1x Green Dot Reflex Sight

If the unit is in lockout mode, turning the unit off by pressing both the "+" and "-" button at the same time will prevent the unit from turning back on until the battery is removed and re-inserted. I had it happen to me once but chalked it up to a dead battery, but after reading the other reviews, I replicated the issue multiple times. I've contacted Holosun about the issue and will update if/when the issue is resolved.

Edit 7/25/2021: Contacted Holosun customer service and they informed me that this is a known issue that has supposedly been rectified at the factory. Sending in optic for warranty replacement when the post office opens Mon, will update when replacement unit is received.

Edit 8/6/2021: Received my replacement/repaired unit in the mail today. Issue seems to have been resolved from the previous method of inducing the failure. Shot an initial 150 rounds through it to zero and it's working fine at the moment. Will update for any future issues. Keeping low rating because I believe that Holosun should have put out a public recall on these products, as those that carry them expect them to function when they need them to. I had to contact them to confirm that the issue was known.
