These sights were not too difficult to install on my Baby Eagle II. They look great, and function very well in darkness. However, they are not much better than regular sights in anything other than total darkness.
If you want to shoot at night, they're great. If you want something that works in a greater variety of conditions, get traditional fiber optic sights.
I have a set of FO sights on my Ruger SR9 and they perform well in all but total darkness.
Pros: highly visible in darkness
Cons: not very visible in low light, dusk or dawn situations
