Customer service is superior! - ATN OPMOD X-Sight 4K Pro 5-20x70mm Smart Ultra HD Day/Night Hunting Rifle Scope w/ Free Battery Pack

I have the x-sight 4k 5-20x with an ABL1000 range finder. started having issues with the range finder where I had to press the "get range" button 2 times instead of once, so I called Customer service just to see if they had heard of the problem and perhaps had a simple fix like reset or something. Within 5 min on the phone I was connected with Kenny who was so nice and helpful. Said he'd never heard of the issue but wanted to check with the team so he put me on hold for about 3 min, came back and said, no that was a new one to them as well and offered to take a look at it for me. I explained it wasn't that big a deal and that it wasn't really causing to much grief since I didn't get to hunt that much anyway, but instead of dismissing me, he offered to send me a replacement as he felt like it was a problem with the IR rangefinder on the unit. I'm just blown away by that, instead of having a customer deal with a potential issue, they back their stuff! Customer service like that is rare and makes all the difference!
