the product had to be made from scratch and took over a month to arrive. It was incomplete when it did arrive so now I'm wating on a reply for 2 straps it never came with that it should have. Optics Planet is slow on the rebound of any significant follow up. I should not have to wait an eternity for straps it should have been shipped with.
