it isnt a bad sight, its not a great one either. had to file down the mounting screws a bit in order for it to fit snug on the platform, maybe if i had used the shroud for it that may have made a difference. but i got the FDE one on purpose, and that purpose was not to cover it in a black shroud. the sighting of it is relatively simple enough. The on/off button is in the most annoying place possible. is it holding zero and functioning properly? Yes. Was it kind of awkwardly designed by someone with tiny hands? also yes.
