Well it's like the title of the review says, it works well for ar 9 pistols. I have tried several different brands and weights of buffers on my 9mm builds (this being the 4th) and this one seems to hit the goldilocks zone..not too heavy and not too light..I paired this with a JP enterprises spring and a spikes buffer spacer and taccom BCG and shooting through a faxon 4.5 inch barrel topped off with the Odin works atlas 9mm...it runs like a top...300 rounds the first time out and not one glitch or malfunction of any kind.
