Taylor's Review of Talley 740700 1-Piece Med Base & Ring Set for Remington 700
These base/rings fit perfectly on my Remington 700. They were easy to install and the scope, a Leupold VX-R 3-9x40 fit well. There was about a cm. on either side of the rings to adjust for eye relief. Overall very pleased. Optics Planet had the best price and in my experience the customer service is top notch.
