This is the third one of these hats I've purchased... one in each of three different colors. Well-constructed with adjustable fit (even for us big head types). Totally waterproof as evidenced during torrential downpour during an Appleseed weekend. Wide brim keeps rain of eyes and glasses. VERY pleased!
