I received the scope in a large box that was supposed to have packing material to cushion the scope/box. It was two air bags that were flat as a pancake. The scope was just bouncing around in the big box. I hope it is a tough scope. I contacted Opitics Planet and they sent me contact information if I find the scope to be damaged.
Everything was fine except the packing material needs to be changed, even old newspapers would have been much better.
