Mat is convenient for carrying around, quick to setup and fold when shooting session is done. Its thick foam makes it comfortable for your knees, elbows, your entire body during long shooting sessions. If any cons, the pad may be too thick to stabilize the back rest, but it's something that can't be resolved. Overall, am happy with the purchase and recommend it to shooters looking for an affordable and good shooting mat.
