My new best friend - VKTR Industries DI Complete Bolt Carrier Group

I did an extreme function test first thing on this VKTR Industries BCG to see if it was actually legit. Ran it in one of my 556 AR15s that was radically overgassed; throwing cases at 12:30-1:30, averaging at 1:00, insane! Didn't touch anything, left it slamming overgassed, and ran 40rds of 556 to confirm it was still insanely overgassed, yep, was still throwing cases in front of me! And to my amazement and satisfaction the VKTR optimized design of this BCG specifically for 556 actually tamed my wildly overgassed animal by changing out to the VKTR BCG alone and doing nothing else! I was all, WTC?!? Now it was throwing brass at 1:30-2:30, averaging more at 2:00-2:30, running the same exact 556 I ran with a standard design BCG. Sure it wasn't perfect but with just the VKTR alone it was throwing cases at least stinking sideways instead of in front of me, that's freaking huge! After successful function test I put a Red Springco buffer spring in and an 5.4oz Buffer, and it is now throwing 556 cases at 3:00-4:00, purring like a kitten instead of kicking like a mule. Don't think it gets any better than that! BTW tried Red Springco and 5.4oz with the standard BCG and pattern only changed a 1/2 hour to 1-2:00 with 556, some 223 got 1:30-2:30, still wildly untamed. The VKTR BCG has made a significant difference. Have run it in all of my ARs and they all calm down running the VKTR, it's pretty amazing.

My experience has been: this VKTR Industries BCG with its patented long-advance cam path that correctly times 556 rifles is LEGIT. It's hellof expensive but stinking worth every penny in performance and smoothness of operation it facilitates, and the Hard Chrome is awesome easy to maintain. I'm working towards changing out the BCGs in all of my ARs over to this VKTR 556 specific design BCG. I don't care, I've become a VKTR fan boy, their 556 specific BCG has become my new best friend.
