As long as you are using a 1" tube diameter scope, you should be fine.

I have a .22 lr Tikka T1x with a picatinny and Nikon Prostaff P3 efr scope with a 40mm objective lens. Will these rings be adequate for clearance. Expert Answer

This should work, if you are using scope covers I suggest going the next height size up.

These rings are light weight and rock solid. No sharp edges to damage the scope finish. Excellent choice for a 1 inch ring. As a bonus they also look great. I keep an extra set on hand because they are not always in stock

Rock solid mounts, extremely lightweight, highly recommended! Put them on a 10/22 build, paired up with a Nikon P-Rimfire scope, and the combo is within a quarter at 100yds! Remember to torque the hex screws as specified, set it and then forget it!

So apparently these guys make vortex precision rings and are slightly cheaper. I have no complaints. they fit into the rail perfectly they hold my 40mm scope with very minimal clearance. I would but another set if i had a rifle for them.
