The rear sight is much larger and much more visible than the stock sights. The Fiber optic is good for bright lighting and tritium is great for low light settings. You can see a pretty healthy glow in either setting. And I'm a sucker for that orange ...

The original sights are fine in optimal conditions for good eyes. Mine needed the help and these sights are the solution. The fit is very close to the original sights so they should not affect the fit in most holsters. Worth the money.
