Product Category Description:

Protects laboratory bench surfaces, keeping them clean and free from stain, corrosion or bacterial contamination. Use to localize and hold reagent spillage in radiochemical laboratories or cover hard working surfaces, such as stone and tile to prevent glass breakage. Can be saturated with disinfectant to protect benches where pathogenic and dangerous bacteria are present. Also ideal for lining humidity chambers and animal cages.

Polyethylene coating on one side of absorbent paper prevents liquids from penetrating through the paper to the working surface so spills do not spread. Tear-resistant material lies flat and is very strong, wet or dry. The tear pad is perforated for easy single-sheet removal. Sheet disposal is easily accomplished by burning; polyethylene layer does not melt or drip but is rapidly consumed in the flames.

Benchkote Plus has higher loading capacity (750mL of water per m2) than standard Benchkote.
