Yes, the AR500 Armor Cummerbund Kit is compatible with the AR500 Veritas Plate Carrier, and any plate carrier that have a flap pocket on the backside and Velcro on the front.

What size side plates is this pouch made for?

This will allow you to add side pouches for side armor (6"x 6" or 6" x 8"), you can also add the ABS pouch and abdominal pouch with this as well

Product Info for AR500 Armor Cummerbund Kit

The Veritas Cummerbund Kit integrates seamlessly with the Veritas platforms. It consists of two components, the front cummerbund admin flap and the cummerbund itself. The front flap secures inside the Veritass lower admin (kangaroo) pouch, then closes onto the Velcro on the front of the Veritas. This makes for a functional closure to hold the two ends of the cummerbund when worn.image

While designed for AR500 Armor Veritas platform, the cummerbund kit can work with other plate carriers which have a lower kangaroo-style admin pouch to secure the flap to the carrier.
