Product Info for Arlington RPR Test Cards and Pipets, ASI 987010 10-Well Cards

In combination with the RPR test cards and pipets, the RPR test kit is the only blood-borne pathogen test that reliably detects the RPR reaction, which differentiates between the RPR reaction (positive blood in the smear, agg, or other reactions occurring in the absence of anaerobic bacteria, like swine flu), RPR smear reactions (positive blood in the smear, etc.), and RPR urine reactions (positive urine, which is color-coded green/brown). The RPR test card is a small, inexpensive (18mm) piece of paper on which an agar slurry is applied (the color-coded smear on the card is the color-coded pipet used to dispense the diluent. The disposable pipet is marked "ASTROLOC*" and has an LC-UV identifier. The ASI number printed on the back of each pipet is "ASTRO*-Piece-Packaged). The pipets are double-ended, with one "/" marking on the tip and one for the dispensing of the pipet is "/" (i.e. the color-coded portion of the pipet is "/". I.e. the pipet is to be used for dispensing saline or urine suspensions" and not be used for aspiration or aspiration of any kind. Once the pipet leaves the tip, the stopper may be removed and the pipet returned to the well. The disposable pipets are to be used for dispensing the remaining test medium from the RPR urine collection plate, which is then applied to the RPR test plate to complete the RPR test. Rinse the pipet with sterile water and let it stand for the required time. Order the cards and pipets separately; the cards are color-coded for the identification of the wells on the card and marked clearly with the wells or color-coded pipets.image
