For my ar10 308 it is too heavy any the gun will not cycle properly. Hoping to get a different weight because otherwise I have to buy a different buffer. I am slightly disappointed but also know how finicky the gun can be.

This buffer system works well. It is much quieter than a simple spring and weight setup. I would recommend. It comes with everything you need. Just don't lose the retaining pin!

Product Info for Armaspec AR10 GEN4 H3 Stealth Recoil Spring Buffer Kit
The Armaspec enhanced buffer tube kit contains all the necessary parts required to mount a stock assembly on to a lower receiver.
The buffer tube kit, contains a mil-spec 7075-T6 6 position buffer tube, a steel castle nut and end plate as well as a SRS GEN4 the enhanced multi stage recoil buffer system .
The Stealth Recoil Spring SRS GEN4 is a self-contained multi-stage drop-in replacement for your standard buffer and spring. The SRS is designed to keep the buffer spring from rubbing against the inner wall of the buffer tube providing smooth, quiet operation and the second stage helps reduce the felt recoil significantly.
