Capillary sequencing PCR tubes and caps are for use with the ABI Prism 310 sequencer. All Axygen PCR products are specifically designed for use within PCR thermal transfer and real time PCR applications. Made of 99.9% pure, virgin polypropylene and certified RNase-, DNase-, and endotoxin-free. Ultra-thin and consistent wall thickness allows for precise thermal transfer along the entire surface of the tube. The unique cap design guarantees a perfect fit to ensure there is no sample evaporation during thermal cycling. Tubes are clear; caps are gray.
