Axygen Scientific Conical-Bottom Centrifuge Tubes have a 50mL volume and are ideal for serum, plasma and other research specimens. These Axygen Scientific Laboratory Centrifuge Tubes feature a large, easy to read carrying handle and molded graduations which ensure accurate sample delivery. Axygen Scientific PCR Tubes have distinctive "trigger" fingers that arrest breaking glass by preventing it from happening again. These tubes also resist etching, chemical spills, and sterilization by most common methods including autoclaving. They are molded from durable, translucent polycarbonate. The caps of these tubes are constructed from a unique "trigger" molded into the top surface of the tube that prevents popping or leaking when centrifuging. All tubes are autoclavable; the 15mL tubes can be centrifuged to 7500g and the 50mL tubes to 9400g. These research tubes are designed to provide over a million rotor revolutions without chipping or breaking.
