Product Info for Backcountry Access Float 15 Turbo Avalanche Airbag

The Float 15 is the most affordable avalanche airbag without compromising safety. If you spend most of your time skiing backcountry steeps and dangerous icy terrain, the Float 15 is the right choice. The Float 15 has a generous deployment range and a proven reliability with deployments from either the tip or tail. The Float 15 can be effectively used by touring, glacier travel or skiing from a heli-accessed snow pit. The Float 15 will also deploy from an avalanche rescue airbag backpack, allowing the rider to choose between a partial deployment or full deployment. With the lowest possible carry profile to minimize weight and bulk, the Float 15 is perfect for skiing and snowboarding.image
