The patented Back-Up Tactical Frag Thread Protector is one of the most durable thread protectors on the market today. Backup Tactical thread protectors should be used in all handgun ammo that uses a 1/2x28 thread. Backup Tactical backup thread protectors also do not need Backup Tactical's patented W Refined Thread Technology. Backup Tactical's Backup Tactical Frag Thread Protectors utilize an anti-torque device with a hex wrench located on the inside of the thread protector.
