Product Info for Barnes Bullets 30318 LRX 30 Caliber .308 175 GR LRX Boat Tail 50 Box

Store bought and reloadable brass cases featuring a hardened Stainless Steel cap that resists deformation while providing amazing accuracy. Solid brass cases yield consistent diameters from round nose to round, and un-jacketed soft points can be re-seated without gun oil. While reloading these can yield exceptional accuracy, shooting with a live round that is terminally effective requires an optimized nose cavity that provides a wide range of workability for deep penetration on a variety of game. Barnes patented AMP-I ignition using a Lincoln Air Gauge, which produces no-fire zones. Moreover, the specially designed tip resists hardening in extreme conditions. As hunting rifle ammunition, the solid nose cavity prevents the bullet from unthreading in the magazine of the rifle, even from a muzzle-loaded cartridge.image
