Will this work as a spotting scope for long range shooting up to 1000 yards? Could I see a the bullet holes in a 12" sq. target at say 700 yards? Expert Answer

While this telescope has enough magnification, the lens quality isn't quite good enough to see bullet holes at that distance. It may work if you are using reactive targets, but on non-reactive targets it would not be clear enough to differentiate the bullet strike.
