Yes, the Barska AW11724 should mount on a cantilever Weaver-style base, as it's compatible with Weaver/Picatinny rails. It can accommodate the Inforce 1100-lumen flashlight as long as the base you're attaching it to accepts standard Weaver/Picatinny accessories and there's enough space for the offset rail.
