Exactly which scope mounts and rings are needed to fit the Bergara B-14 'hunter' rifle. I read one needs those for the Remington 700?? Manufacturer Answer

First, you would need to buy this Talley Picatinny Base https://www.opticsplanet.com/talley-picatinny-base.html?_iv_gun-make=bergara&_iv_gun-model=bergara-b14&_iv_code=9E-MT-PB-PLM700ACI

Second, you must determine which scope you are trying to mount on your Bergara B-14. For example, is the scope 1” or 30MM? Once we know this information, we can guide you to select the correct BARSKA rings for your Bergara B-14.

I tried to mount these on a Winchester Wildcat bolt action. The base mounts use a screw driver operated bolt to tighten to base mount. After tightening these they would not hold and the mounts became lose. A friend tried to tighten them back up so...
