The Battle Arms Development Bad-PCC Billet Upper Receiver is designed to be paired with the Xiphos Billet Dedicated 9mm AR Lower Receiver, which works with Glock magazines. The manufacturer does not specify if it features a LRBHO function. I would recommend contacting them directly for more information.

No, the Battle Arms Development Bad-PCC Billet Upper Receiver is designed for 9mm. .45ACP is too large in diameter to be chambered in a 9mm upper receiver.

Product Info for Battle Arms Development Bad-PCC Billet Upper Receiver

The BATTLEARMS Dedicated PCC Upper is designed for pistol caliber carbines shooting sub 15g (short) gas piston system. We have made select component changes to accommodate these new dimensions. The majority of these features are the same as our traditional PCC uppers, but we have added our patented barrel nut cover and tucked a locking lug behind the charging handle to prevent the bolt from sliding off the rail when changing between SAFE and AK rated ammo. This upper also features a smaller dust cover and ejection port cover to prevent any potential gas blow back issues that you may be having.image
