Corning BioCoat Poly-Lysine Cellware consists of a broad selection of cell culture inserts and non-invasive cell culture surfaces that support attachment, growth, and differentiation of a variety of fastidious cell types. Corning In Vivo Cell Harvesting Assays employ assays that detect differences in the surface protein expression of different cell types. Corning BioCoat Poly-Lysine Cellware supports these needs because it is well suited to support fastidious cells that normally grow and attach to flasks, dishes, and slides coated with Poly-D-Lysine. Corning Poly-Lysine BioCoat Cellware Inserts and Dishes facilitate the differentiation of neuronal cells and other cell types. These Corning Cellware Accessories are designed for use with the feeder layer of feeders that support growth of the feeder layer of feeders typically found on feeders such as Transwells or feeders attached to feeders such as X-Fetal trophoblast feeders. These Corning Transwell ATC Systems include feeders, plates, and coverslips. The feeders that come with feeders should be removed prior to use of the feeders as defined in the SOP. Corning Transwell ATC Systems incorporate feeders and/or feeders as required to achieve the feeder-free layer in the lower feeder compartment of each feeder channel. This Corning Transwell ATC System does not include feeders or a transporter device of any kind.
