Corning BioCoat Poly-Lysine Cellware is designed to promote neuronal attachment and differentiation and adhesion of transfected cell lines and other fastidious cell types. These Corning labware are designed for in vitro cell culture as well as in situ hybridization. This Corning Cellware is designed for use in specialized assays that demand superior cell attachment. For specialized assays, Corning Poly-Lysine BioCoat Cellware can be used in place of feeders in a feeder-free media, which does not provide the same level of cell attachment as cell culture feeders.
