With antiserum, BD Diagnostics 225391 Salmonella H Antiserum, Poly A is used for slide agglutination tests and immunofluorescense. This Serology Test from BD Diagnostics is recommended for the qualitative detection of Salmonella species, particularly serotypes which may be zoonotic. BD Diagnostics Antisera for Salmonella typhimurium (Husniello, Typhimurium, Paratyphoid and Salmonarellaceae) are recommended for use in the qualitative detection of hemolyzing Salmonellae, particularly in the presence of blood, fecal or blood products. Compared to polystyrene tubes, BD Diagnostics Antisera use less dilute carrier. Additionally, BD Diagnostics Antisera for Salmonella typhimurium are recommended for use in the qualitative detection of hemolyzing Salmonellae.
